Rota

Service and universal participation are at the heart of every successful Irish Summer School. The rota system provides every participant over the age of 15 with the opportunity to serve. This includes serving in the dining room during meals or at the coffee shop, or at tea breaks. Those who are already engaged with delivering programmes or other service at the school may not be expected to serve on the rota.

The organisers of the school will do their utmost to provide for people with additional needs, mobility restrictions etc. But it is impossible to plan for this provision if they are not aware of those needs. Please provide the team with information about any additional needs. Or request that someone make contact to discuss your needs or restrictions confidentially.

In order to provide a safe and inclusive environment for those under 18 during our programme please provide information about any additional needs, medical conditions or dietary requirements.

While the teachers and organisers of the programmes for under 18s will do their utmost to support and provide for all of the participants, they cannot plan for that provision without knowing the requirements and circumstances.

If preferred, you can also request that a member of the team contact you confidentially to discuss these requirements.
